Typically yes. Our consulting sweet spot is teams of 2–100 people, growth-stage companies, leadership transitions, and systems under strain. Larger enterprises: we scope case-by-case, usually partnering with a sponsor-led function rather than the whole org.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements run 3–12+ months and move through the five-step methodology, understand, map, design, implement, iterate. We don't hand off reports; we work alongside your team until the change is installed. We'll share a scoped proposal after the first call.
How is CSG different from a typical consultancy?
We build from first principles instead of copying playbooks. Every recommendation traces back to Coherence Theory, a framework that maps how structure, intent, and action actually interact. That gives us leverage other consultancies don't have, because we're not optimizing on assumptions.
Do you take equity?
For venture engagements, sometimes, usually in a blended cash/equity structure, and only when we believe strongly in the thesis. For consulting, standard professional fees.
